Crime and Punishment

The topic of crime and punishment makes us reflect on justice, ethics, and human behavior. Every society creates laws to protect people and maintain order, but sometimes we wonder if all punishments are fair.

I believe that punishment should not only serve to correct a crime but also to help people change and reintegrate into society. Education, empathy, and social support are essential for preventing crimes.

When I read or watch stories about criminals, I try to think critically: What made this person commit a crime? Could society have helped before it happened?
This perspective helps me understand that justice is not only about punishment but also about learning and improvement.
