Critical Thinking and Media Literacy

In today’s world, information is everywhere. We constantly receive messages from television, social media, and advertisements. Critical thinking helps us question what we see and read, while media literacy allows us to understand how messages are created and what their purpose is.

I have learned that not everything we find online is true. It is important to check the sources, compare information, and avoid spreading false news. Thinking critically helps me make better decisions and be more responsible when using the media.

For example, when I read an article or watch a video, I ask myself: Who created this? What is the intention behind it? Is it based on facts or opinions?
These simple questions improve my ability to analyze and understand the world around me.
